Welcome to the 2019 Junior Program at Indian Hill Club!

Welcome to the 2019 Junior Tennis Program! IHC will follow the new USTA guidelines for Junior Tennis Development for kids ages 12 and under. Each program has specific court sizes and balls that add to the fun of younger players making it easier to learn the game. Consideration will always be given to a child’s ability level to make sure he/she is in the right group, not just the age of the child.

Pee Wees

Pee Wees: (Ages 4-6) M/Tu/We/Th 9:00-10am

$50/Week

**Special Rate:  Pre-pay 4 Weeks/$180

$15 Drop-in (Paid Daily)

While getting introduced to the game of tennis, we will also be building hand-eye coordination. Basic strokes are taught but more importantly kids will learn how to move and hit the ball at targets, over the net and begin to rally. Quick start foam balls and nets will be used.

Beginners

Beginners: (Ages 7-8) M/Tu/We/Th 11:00am-12:00pm

$50/Week

**Special Rate:  Pre-pay 4 Weeks/$180

$15/Drop-in (Paid Daily)

As your child progresses, we expand the court size and use a low compression, regular sized ball. Kids will be rallying and playing games getting them ready to play matches and points.

Beginner/Intermediate

Beginner/Intermediate: (Ages 9-16) M/Tu/We/Th 10:00am-11:00am

$50/Week

Special Rate:  Pre-pay 4 Weeks/$180

$15 Drop-in (Paid Daily)

These kids are ready to cover the whole court with regular tennis balls. Kids can be beginners to intermediate players and the focus will be on stroke technique, rallies and point play.

Junior Interclub

Junior Interclub: (Ages 10-16) Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 12pm – 2:00pm (Matches Wed @ 1pm)

  • $80/Week
  • Special Rate:  Prepay 4 Weeks/$300
  • $30/Drop-in (Paid Daily)
  • We will be incorporating 30 minutes of fitness
  • These kids will get the opportunity to play matches against other clubs in Cincinnati every Wednesday at 1pm!
  • Junior Interclub is for the junior player. Participants must be able to serve, rally and know how to keep score in match play.
