CLINICS

Ladies Drills/Practice

In this class we will have drills and competitive point play that provide for a high intensity workout.  The session will be focused on advanced footwork and ball placement.

Beginners Clinic

This class will focus on beginning, fundamental skills including the forehand, backhand, volley and serve.  Basic tennis footwork will also be included.

Cardio Tennis

In this class we will run fast paced drills based with the coach feeding the ball.  The goal is to keep your heart rate up for a great 1 1/2 workout using the orange cardio balls.

Power Tennis

Want to have an hour of high intensity interval training?  Join us for a dynamic 5 minute warm up, 4 X 10 minute cardio blasts with 2 minute water breaks and a 5 minute cool down.  All are welcome.
