Adult Program Calendar

This summer, as we welcome our new head tennis coach Mark McPhillips, we are offering a strong program of tennis clinics for all members, any type of player.  See specific class schedule and descriptions below.  To sign up, text Mark McPhillips at (513) 519-1207 or email mark.mcphillips@gmail.com.  Payment will be made by cash, check, paypal or venmo to Mark.

To join this team contact Rachel Cass at (513) 257-1403.  Team matches will be on Friday at our club and other clubs at 9 am.

CLINICS

Mixed Doubles Clinic – Intermediate and Advanced Players

In this class we will focus on stroke development and developing consistency.  Drills and rallies will include:

  • transition from baseline to net
  • placement
  • advanced serving
  • footwork and movement drills
  • strokes such as spins, slice, lobs, and taking the ball out of the air
  • strategy for point play, depth for control of the court

Tuesdays 5:30 – 7:oo pm.  Cost is $30 per session.

Ladies Drills/Practice

In this class we will have drills and competitive point play that provide for a high intensity workout.  The session will be focused on advanced footwork and ball placement.

Thursdays 8 – 9:30 am.  Cost is $30 per session.

Beginners Clinic

This class will focus on beginning, fundamental skills including the forehand, backhand, volley and serve.  Basic tennis footwork will also be included.

Wednesdays 4 – 5:30pm.  Cost is $30 per session.

Cardio Tennis

In this class we will run fast paced drills based with the coach feeding the ball.  The goal is to keep your heart rate up for a great 1 1/2 workout using the orange cardio balls.

Wednesdays 6 – 7:30 pm and Saturdays 9 – 10:30am.  Cost is  $20 per session.

Power Tennis

Want to have an hour of high intensity training?  Join us for a dynamic 5 minute warm up, 4 X 10 minute cardio blasts with 2 minute water breaks and a 5 minute cool down.  All are welcome.

Mondays and Wednesdays 11:30 – 12:30pm.  Cost is $20 per session.

Men’s Night

Skills, drills and point play.  get your workout in a sporting, competitive and fun format.

Thursdays 5:30 – 7pm.  Cost is $30 per session.
